1991

  • The company was formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of S K P Bearing Industries.

1992

  • The company set up a manufacturing unit at 1408, Survey No. 1859, Wadhwan Municipality, Surendranagar, Gujarat.

2004

  • The company expanded its manufacturing facility by transferring and setting up a manufacturing unit at Survey No. 2127, Mulchand Road, Wadhwan, Surendranagar, Gujarat.

2011

  • The company purchased land at Gut No. 52, Village Rautwadi, Tal Koregaon, Dist Satara, Maharashtra and installed a wind turbine generator with a commissioned capacity of 0.80 MW.
  • The company was awarded the Special National Award as Outstanding Entrepreneurship in the Women category.

2012

  • The company took land on lease at Survey No. 646, Vill Seth Vadala, Taluka Jamjodhpur, Jamnagar Forest Division, Gujarat and installed a wind turbine generator with a commissioned capacity of 0.80 MW.
  • The company was awarded India's small Giants by NDTV.

2014

  • The company set up a solar plant at Survey No. 25/M, Village Rojhana, Teh Baroda, Dist Agar, Madhya Pradesh with a commissioned capacity of 0.63 MW.

2015

  • The company set up a wind mill at Survey No. 143/2, Village Jamuniameena, Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh with a commissioned capacity of 1.5MW.

2020

  • The company was recognised for its Quality Management System with IATF 16949 Standard for manufacturing of Needle rollers, cylindrical rollers, Steel balls and pins.

2022

  • The company converted the partnership firm into a private limited company named SKP Bearing Industries Private Limited.
  • The company converted the private limited company to a public limited company and changed its name to SKP Bearing Industries Limited.
