Smruthi Organics Reports Strong Q2 Recovery with 205.62 Lakh Net Profit

Smruthi Organics Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 205.62 lakhs for Q2, marking a significant turnaround from the previous quarter's loss of Rs. 109.54 lakhs. Revenue from operations reached Rs. 3,159.52 lakhs in Q2 compared to Rs. 1,899.21 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs. 96.07 lakhs with total revenue of Rs. 5,058.73 lakhs. The company operates primarily in bulk drugs and drug intermediates as its major business segment, with formulations as a minor segment. The formulation division recorded sales of Rs. 21.48 lakhs but incurred a loss of Rs. 16.72 lakhs during the period. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on November 11, 2025, and the statutory auditors completed their limited review of the unaudited financial results.
