Sonalis Consumer Products Reports Half-Year Results and Director Resignation

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited announced unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs. 7,800.05 lakhs and accepted the resignation of Director Mr. Devendrakumar Keshavlal Viradiya effective November 6, 2025. The company also disclosed fund utilization details from its rights issue, with Rs. 404.95 lakhs reallocated from capital expenditure to general corporate purposes and working capital requirements.

Sonalis Consumer Products Changes Statutory Auditor

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited's Board of Directors accepted the resignation of M/s SSRV Associates, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditor and appointed M/s H Rajen Co. Chartered Accountants as the new statutory auditor. SSRV Associates resigned due to pre-occupation with other assignments, with resignation effective from November 1, 2025. The new auditor M/s H Rajen Co. is a practicing Chartered Accountant registered with ICAI as a Fellow Member with over a decade of post-qualification experience in Income Tax, Auditing, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and GST. The appointment is effective from November 3, 2025, subject to member approval. The Board meeting was held on November 3, 2025.
