2024	The name of the Company was changed to SSMD Agrotech India Private Limited. The Company acquired the entire business of M/s Manohar Lal Jaigopal Agro Industries and M/s S.S Agro India.
2025	The Company was converted to a public limited company and the name was changed to SSMD Agrotech India Limited. The Company expanded its business by entering into D2C model. The First D2C Store of the Company was set up in February and started its operations in April.
