2016

2017
- The company altered its object clause by adding business of Manufacturing and/or assembly of Electric Vehicles, Electric Vehicle Conversion KIT, and Lead Acid and Lithium-Ion Batteries.
- The company formed an Inhouse R&D team for Industrial application at Gorakhpur.
- IIT, BHU recommendation was received for the development of Solar Online UPS as an innovative product.
2018
- The company started manufacturing power electronic products such as solar inverter, UPS etc.
- The company started establishment of the largest solar power plant for industrial application at Gorakhpur.
2021
- The First International Project was funded by UNDP to Bhutan Power Corporations for its Largest Solar Power Plant in Bhutan.
2022
- The company altered its name to Sungarner Energies Limited pursuant to a shareholders' resolution passed at an annual general meeting held on September 30.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi on November 17.
- The company completed the largest solar project of INR 500 Lakh of 900 KW and 378KW of V N Dyers & Processors in Gorakhpur.
- The company was converted from a Private Limited Company into a Public Company.
