2013
- The Company attained a turnover of Rs. 500.00 million.
2015
- The Company attained a turnover of Rs. 1 billion.
- Tatva Chintan USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was incorporated.
- A warehousing facility was set up in Netherlands.
2017
- The Dahej Manufacturing Facility was set up.
2018
- An R&D facility was set up in Vadodara.
2019
- Tatva Chintan Europe BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was incorporated.
2020
- The Company completed the 'Together for Sustainability' audit.
- The Ankleshwar Manufacturing Facility was converted to a 'zero liquid effluent discharge facility'.
- The Company attained a total revenue of Rs. 2 billion.
- The manufacturing capacity at the Dahej Manufacturing Facility was increased, resulting in an increase in the aggregate manufacturing capacity of the Company.
2021
- The Company's name was changed to Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited from Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Private Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad.
