TCFC Finance Reports Strong Q1 FY2026 Results, Re-appoints Managing Director for 5 Years

TCFC Finance Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing significant improvement in profitability. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹362.19 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹303.55 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Earnings per share increased to ₹3.46 from negative ₹2.90 in the previous year. Total income rose to ₹505.85 lakhs from negative ₹364.27 lakhs year-over-year. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Tania Deol as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a 5-year term from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also approved a reduction in share capital and set book closure dates from September 16-26, 2025 for the AGM. Mrs. Deol brings over a decade of experience in managing NBFC business with expertise in general management.
