- Started as a partnership firm under the name Shree Mohit Industries on May 13, 1999.
- Started manufacturing Rigid PVC pipes, PVC Casing and Screen pipes and caping casing pipes.
- Partnership deed dated May 13, 1999 was dissolved and a new partnership deed dated August 1, 1999 was signed.
2000
- Received first ISI licenses from The Bureau of Indian Standard.
2001
- Started manufacturing Riser and Plumbing pipe, Conduit Pipe, PLB HDPE Cable Duct.
- Accredited with ISO-9001:2000 certification.
- Partnership deed dated August 1, 1999 was dissolved and a new partnership deed dated April 1, 2001 was signed.
2003
- Started manufacturing suction & delivery hose pipe, elastomeric sealing ringfit PVC Pipe, SWR pipe, HDPE plain pipe, sprinkler pipe and drip irrigation system.
- Permanently lubricated HDPE were approved by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Bangalore.
2005
- Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran enlisted the firm as an approved supplier of specified PVC pipes.
2006
- Government of Maharashtra enlisted the firm for supply of specified pipes for Jalswarajya Project.
2007
- Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board approved the Company as the approved manufacturer for supply of UPVC Casing and Screen pipes.
2008
- Signed Business Transfer Agreement for purchase of specified assets and liabilities of promoter group entities.
- Partnership deed dated April 1, 2001 was dissolved and a new partnership deed dated June 25, 2008 was signed.
- Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board approved the Company as the approved manufacturer for supply of UPVC Casing and Screen pipes.
2009
- Converted into a Public Limited Company under the name Texmo Pipes and Products Limited.
- Received Certificate of Incorporation.
- Received the Certificate of Commencement of Business.
- Commissioning of Unit 2 at Bahadarpur Road, Buharanpur, Madhya Pradesh.
2011
- Commencement of commercial production.
- Formation of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Texmo Pipes and Products Limited.
2012
- Texmo Pipes conferred with Bhamashah Award from Govt of MP.
2013
- Texmo Pipes & Products appointed Smt. Rashmi Devi Agrawal as additional director.
2014
- Texmo Pipes & Products awarded new orders worth Rs. 60.91 Crore.
- Commercial production of CPVC Pipes and Fittings started.
2018
- Texmo Pipes & Products bagged an order of HDPE Pipe worth Rs 81.30 Cr from Larsen & Toubro, Chennai.
2019
- Rating Agency Brickwork Rating India Private Limited reaffirmed the bank loan rating of Texmo Pipes and Products Limited.
2020
- The Company received an order of HDPE Pipe/PVC Pipes worth Rs 56.09 Cr from multiple contractors.
2021
- The Company received orders from multiple contractors of HDPE Pipes worth Rs. 121Cr.
2022
- The Company launched a new product 'TEXMO WATER TANK'.
