- Company purchased the 100% Equity Shares of M/s Lov Kush Properties Pvt. Ltd.
2007
- Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Ltd was listed.
- Bhagwati Banquets launched its Catering Services in Mumbai.
- Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels was a recipient of The Most Promising Small Enterprise of the Year 2006 at Emerging India Awards 2006 By CNBCTV18.
- Bhagwati Banquets launched its TGB Club offering Premier Membership in city of Surat, Gujarat.
2008
- Bhagwati Banquets recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
2009
- Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels launched TGB World Cuisine Restaurant and Banquets in Rajasthan.
- The Grand Bhagwati Seasons Hotel was opened at Rajkot.
