Tierra Agrotech Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tidas Agrotech Private Limited, has entered into a new line of business. The subsidiary will engage in promoting, establishing, developing, producing, processing, preserving, buying, selling, researching, marketing, importing, exporting and dealing in bio fertilizers, plant nutrients, plant growth hormones, herbal products, farm equipment and agricultural inputs.

Tierra Agrotech Completes Acquisition of Remaining 50% Stake in Tidas Agrotech for Rs 5.56 Lakh

Tierra Agrotech Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% equity shares in Tidas Agrotech Private Limited for Rs 5,55,501, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The company acquired 7,40,668 shares from an existing shareholder. Tidas Agrotech, incorporated in August 2017, operates in agricultural and bio-technology sectors, focusing on seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. The target company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.48 crore but reported nil turnover for the past three years. Tierra Agrotech stated the acquisition aims to improve operational efficiency and position for future market growth. The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction.
