2006

  • Acquired 54.90% stake in Transwarranty Capital Pvt. Ltd and converted it into our subsidiary company
  • Acquired 51% stake in Transwarranty Forex & Commodities Pvt. Ltd and converted it into our subsidiary company
  • Acquired minimum 51% stake in Transwarranty Credit Care Pvt. Ltd and converted it into our subsidiary company
  • RBI issued fresh certificate of registration to give effect to change of name of the Company

2007

  • Transwarranty Finance Recommended a full dividend of Re 1/- per share (10%)

2008

  • Transwarranty Finance has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: [email protected]

2009

  • Transwarranty Finance has Recommended dividend @ 30 paise per share (3%)

2012

  • Transwarranty Finance Recommended the dividend of 5%

2013

  • Transwarranty Finance to acquire 100% equity shares of Transwarranty Capital Market Services Pvt. Ltd.
