Trescon Limited Reports Mixed Quarterly Results and Appoints Three Senior Management Personnel

Trescon Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Trescon Limited Forfeits 13.87 Lakh Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares Due to Non-Payment of Call Money

Trescon Limited has forfeited 13,86,600 partly paid-up equity shares following shareholders' failure to pay call money by the November 21, 2024 deadline. The forfeiture includes 100 shares with unpaid call money of ₹5 per share and 13,86,500 shares with unpaid call money of ₹7.5 per share, all having a face value of ₹10. The Board of Directors approved the forfeiture at their May 20, 2025 meeting after shareholders failed to respond to the October 22, 2024 call notice. The forfeited shares, including amounts already paid, become company property and can be sold, re-issued, or cancelled at the company's discretion. All shareholder rights and claims related to these shares are extinguished.
