The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on November 10, 2025.

Bharatkumar P Patel, a promoter of Umiya Tubes Limited, sold his complete holding of 452,543 shares representing 4.52% of the company's total voting rights through open market transactions on September 4, 2025.
