- The company appointed Mr. Amish Shah as Company Secretary.

- Mr. Utsav Pandwar joined as Financial Controller of the company.
- The Board approved the payment of an interim dividend of 5% on equity shares.
2010
- The Board declared an interim dividend of 5% on equity shares.
2011
- The company repurchased US$ 3.5 million 0% Coupon Convertible Bonds Due.

- The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of 5% on equity shares.

- The company changed its registered office to 191, Shahwadi, Near Old Octroi Naka, Narol Sarkhej Highway, Ahmedabad - 382405, Gujarat, India.
