2003

2007

  • The Company commenced production in Hardwar, Uttarakhand.
  • The existing partnership firm was converted into a Company as Veto Switchgears and Cables Private Limited.
  • The Company obtained its first ISO 9001:2000 certification.
  • The name of the firm was changed to Veto Switchgears and Cables.

2009

  • The Company attained a dealer network of over 1,000 dealers.

2010

  • The Company upgraded its ISO certification from ISO 9001:2000 to ISO 9001:2008.

2011

  • The Company launched a range of new products in electrical accessories, including CFL and fans.
  • The Company attained a turnover of over 5,000 Lacs for the first time.
  • The paid-up capital crossed 500 Lacs.
  • The Company was awarded a performance and credit rating certificate from NSIC-CRISIL.

2012

  • The Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company.
  • A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.

2013

  • Veto Switchgears and Cables announced a bonus in the ratio of 1:10.
  • The Company launched the initiative 'National Economic Growth Through Individual Contribution'.

2014

  • The Company adopted a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.

2015

  • Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd was listed for dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'D' Group Securities.
  • Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd incorporated a newly wholly owned Subsidiary Company in Dubai, U.A.E., named Veto Overseas Private-F.Z.E.

2016

  • The Company received an order of Rs. 36 Crores from a dealer.
  • The Company received an additional order worth Rs 40 Crores for cables.
