  • A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana

2002

  • Dr P D Ojha resigned as Non Executive Chairman and Director
  • Shri Surendra Singh was elected as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company

2003

  • Mr. Surendra Singh resigned as Non-Executive Chairman of the company
  • Mr. S K Agarwal was appointed as Additional Director
  • Shri Ajit Kumar was co-opted as Additional Director

2004

  • Equity shares of VLS Finance Ltd were delisted from Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Ltd
  • Shri S K Agarwal was appointed as the Managing Director of the Company

2007
