- The company commenced manufacture of 132 KV Class Transformers.
1986
- The company commenced manufacture of 50 MVA, 132 KV Class Power Transformers.
1989
- The company became a deemed public company.
1998
- The company entered into a technical agreement with Mora Tranformatoren GmbH for manufacture of Vacuum Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers.
- The company received ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation for quality assurance.
2000
- The company commenced manufacture of Induction Furnace Transformers.
2001
- The company entered into a technical license agreement with German Company M/s. Hochspannungstechnik und Transformatorbau GmbH.
- The company converted back to a private company under section 43A(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
2002
- The company entered into a Technical License with M/s. HTT Hochspannungstechnik und Transformatorbau GmbH for manufacture of Cast Resin Dry Type Transformers.
2005
- The company increased its total capacity to 5,400MVA.
2006
- Voltamp Transformers initial public offer was fully subscribed.
- The company became a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued.
2007
- Voltamp Transformers Board recommends dividend at 80%.
2008
- Voltamp Transformers Board recommends dividend at 125%.
2009
- Voltamp Transformers Board recommends Dividend at 25%.
2010
- Shri K. S. Patel was re-appointed as CEO and Managing Director of the Company.
2011
- Voltamp Transformers Limited recommended dividend at 90%.
2012
- Voltamp Transformers Limited recommended dividend at 100%.
2013
- Shri Kanubhai S. Patel was appointed as CEO and Managing Director and redesignated as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.

- The company approved a Scheme of Amalgamation between Voltamp Transformers Limited and Kunjal Investment Private Limited.
