2003

  • Ratan Mohanraj Chandalia, Virendra Mohanraj Chandalia, Sumitra Virendra Chandalia, Shweta Virendra Chandalia and Swati Virendra Chandalia purchased the entire shareholding

2018

  • The name of the company was changed from Parekh Polyster Private Limited to Wol 3D India Private Limited
  • A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was granted to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai

2019

  • Started the business of 3D Printing Solutions
  • Launched our products on Amazon Store
  • Started sales through our own website under the Brand name of WOL3D
  • Authorized as brand agent for the Creality 3D Printers

2020

  • We set up our own 3D Filament manufacturing plant
  • Received ROHS and CE certification
  • Launch of itouch Brand 3D Pen
  • Launch of Ganesha 3D Pen

2021

  • Launch of Hismart Brand 3D Printer
  • WOL 3D India Became the leading manufacturers of 3D Printers & 3D Filaments in India.

2022

  • We set up our 1st sustainable 3D Printing Experience centre in Mumbai
  • WOL 3D India Introduced India's First Sustainable 3D Printing experience centre in Mumbai.
  • Our Company was converted into a public limited company

2023

  • Conversion of Wol 3d India Private limited to Wol 3d India limited.
  • Our company was aired on Shark Tank India Season 2
  • WOL 3D India was aired on shark tank india season 2.

2024

  • WOL 3D India became the First Consumer 3D Printing Company to get listed on NSE Emerge.
