Business Development Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

•

To source clients to open Demat accounts with Pocketful through the open market,

•

Activate Demat & Trading accounts by providing product demonstrations.

•

Greet and guide customers to the appropriate channels based on their service needs.

•

Develop an understanding of the available products/services to answer customer queries and share brochures/forms with them.

•

Maintain a list of FAQs and proactively resolve customer queries.

•

Promote Demat & Trading accounts on Pocketful’s digital platforms and guide customers through the process. Share information about new products available on digital channels.

•

Cross-sell other products as directed from time to time.

•

Ensure monthly sales and business targets are achieved.

Requirements and Skills

•

Graduate/Post Graduate

•

Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage

•

Good communication skills

•

Ability to understand requirements of prospects
