-Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
-Coordinate internal and external meetings with leadership, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
-Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and business correspondence.
-Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Founder.
-Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams.
-Organize domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa arrangements, and itineraries.
-Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
-Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and strategic initiatives.
-Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
-Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of business reports.
-Anticipate the Founder's requirements and proactively resolve operational challenges.
-Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
-MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
-5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO, Managing Director, Chairman, or other CXO.
-Proven experience in managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and business communications.
-Prior experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Consulting, Venture Capital, Technology Startups, or High-Growth Organizations will be preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
-High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
-Strong presentation and documentation skills.
-Ability to independently prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
