What This Role Really Is
You are the force multiplier to the founders.
You don’t “assist.”
You own, unblock, prioritize, and execute.
You will manage time, information, decisions, and execution — all at once.
If something slips, you fix it. If something breaks, you rebuild it.
Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
Calendar & Executive Management
Own and aggressively optimize founders’ calendars — meetings, calls, priorities
Ruthlessly prioritize what matters vs what doesn’t
Ensure every meeting has context, clarity, and outcomes
Run tight coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Secretarial & Administrative Support
Handle end-to-end documentation, correspondence, and records
Draft sharp, no-fluff emails, notes, and communication
Be the gatekeeper of confidential information
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Ever.
MS Office & Reporting
Build clean, decision-ready decks and reports (Excel + PowerPoint)
Create dashboards, summaries, and structured outputs for leadership
Maintain high accuracy and zero-sloppiness standards
FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) – Mandatory
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Track key financial metrics, burn, and business performance
Build and maintain financial models, projections, and scenario analyses
Assist founders in decision-making through data-backed financial insights
Work with finance teams to ensure alignment on budgets, costs, and revenue tracking
Additional Leverage Areas (High Impact)
MIS & Data Analysis
Own and maintain MIS and performance trackers
Convert raw data → clear insights → actionable decisions
Support business reviews with sharp, relevant analysis
Business Strategy & Coordination
Work on founder-led strategic initiatives across teams
Track execution across product, growth, and ops
Push teams, unblock bottlenecks, and get things done
Assist in research, planning, and execution of key bets
Who This Is For
