Who are we looking for?
○ Backend Developer, who is proficient in Java/C++/Python/ Golang, is a must
● Minimum 4 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable products
● Work on a category creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in early stages.
● Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.
● Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of product strategy.
● Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.
● Someone proficient in Docker & Kubernetes, and AWS
● Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
● Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.
● Familiarity in working with REST APIs
● Think out of the box while solving problems, considering the scale and changing environment variables.
● Quickly learn and contribute to changing technical stack
● Bonus Points- Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
● Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space – interest trumps experience!
