2016	The Company got registered as a vendor of test equipment with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The Company received a management system certificate for conforming to the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015.
2017	The Company received the design approval certificate from Centre for Military Airworthiness and Certification. The Company was converted into a public limited company. The name of the Company was changed to 'Apollo Micro Systems Limited'.
2018	The IPO received bids for 3,72,44,150 shares against the total issue size of 41,44,955 shares. The IPO was subscribed 3.25 times by qualified institutional buyers, 1.58 times by non-institutional investors, and 15.14 times by retail investors. The price band for the IPO was fixed at Rs 270-275. The company raised Rs 156 crore through the IPO to meet additional working capital and general corporate purposes. The company's shares were listed on NSE and BSE.
2019	The Company acquired 51% equity stake in Ananya SIP RF Technologies Private Limited. Mr. Karunakar Reddy Baddam, Managing Director, was awarded the 'Best Entrepreneur Award'.
