2014	Parry Phytoremedies Private Limited was amalgamated with EID Parry India Limited.
2017	EID Parry unit received USFDA nod for Indian microalgae facility. EID Parry arm partnered with Synthite for extraction of Phycocyanin.
2018	EID Parry was awarded by CII for the Most Innovative Environmental Project at Chennai. EID Parry Ltd entered into a joint venture with Synthite Industries Ltd to grow the business as a value-added algae company.
2019	EID Parry won the Economic Times Best Brands 2019 award.
