- Our Company was originally incorporated as Luxalon Building Products Private Limited.
1985
- The name of our Company was changed to Interarch Building Products Private Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana situated at New Delhi.
1993
- Introduction of metal roofing and cladding system under the brand name TRACDEK.
1996
- Our Company became a deemed public limited company with effect from July 1, 1996 and the name of our Company was changed to Interarch Building Products Limited.
2001
- Our Company received its first order after commencement of operations in Greater Noida.
2005
- Set up Pantnagar Manufacturing Facility in Uttarakhand.
2007
- Commenced supply from Tamil Nadu Manufacturing Facility I.
- OIH Mauritius Limited acquired 13.33% of the issued and paid up share capital in our Company.
2008
- Set up Kichha Manufacturing Facility in Uttarakhand.
2009
- Commenced supply from Tamil Nadu Manufacturing Facility II.
2021
- Interarch wins project from Nepal Marbles Pvt Ltd in Nepal.
- Interarch wins project from VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd in Madhya Pradesh.
- Interarch wins project from Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd in Odisha.
- Interarch wins project from Aishani Construction Pvt Ltd in Rajasthan.
