Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, during a meeting held on July 31, 2025. The Board also approved the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates, which issued an unmodified opinion. The company reappointed M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates as statutory auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years from F.Y. 2025-26 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in financial year 2030, subject to shareholder approval. The Board approved the notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 4, 2025 at 11:00 P.M. at the company's registered office. The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for e-voting at the AGM is August 29, 2025.
