JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Reports Net Loss of Rs 2.64 Lakh in Q1 FY26, Appoints New Directors and Auditors

JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Limited reported a net loss of Rs 2.64 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net profit of Rs 9.69 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 327.67 lakh from Rs 346.52 lakh year-over-year. The company's Board approved the regularization of Dr. Deepali Bhardwaj as Independent Women Director for five years and appointed M/s. Dahiya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the period 2025-26 to 2029-30. The Audit Committee was reconstituted following Mrs. Sushma Nanda's resignation from directorship. During the quarter, the company acquired a 50.01% stake in PJHS Entertainment Private Limited for Rs 11.70 lakh, making it a subsidiary. The company's authorized share capital increased from Rs 16 crore to Rs 20 crore, while paid-up share capital stands at Rs 7.40 crore divided into 74,04,600 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each.
