The Majestic Packaging Co Pvt. Ltd., a promoter of Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, purchased 60,000 equity shares through open market transactions on stock exchanges on November 4, 2025. Following this acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the promoter/promoter group in the company has increased to 72.64% of the current issued capital. The company has informed both BSE and NSE about this change in promoter shareholding.
