- Shriniwas Fertilizers Limited was taken over and amalgamated with Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited.
2003
- Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd ranked 547th in the BS 1000 listing of top Indian companies in terms of sales.
2004
- A new SSP Plant at Nimbahera commenced production.
2006
- The company acquired Mahadeo Fertilizer Ltd and amalgamated with it.
- A new plant with 1000 TPD capacity for Soya Bean Processing was commissioned at Ratlam.
- The company installed a 1250 KW Wind Turbine Generator in Dhulia, Maharashtra.
- The company acquired an 800 TPD plant of Solvent Extraction.
2007
- The Board of Directors approved the scheme of amalgamation of Shobhan Enterprises Pvt Ltd with the company.
2011
- The company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.
2012
- The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Re. 0.24 per share.
2013
- The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Re. 0.05 per share.
2014
- The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Shri R. S. Vijayvargiya as Chief Financial Officer and Shri Kamlesh Joshi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
2021
- The company received the Best Environment Protection Award for Single Super Phosphate Plant by the Fertilizer Association of India.
