1998

  • Explored diversification into LPG and hydrogen gas.

  • Commenced commercial production at 418 tpd Air Separation Unit at Kalinganagar, Orissa.
  • Appointed Arun Balakrishnan as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
  • Recommended dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share).

2012

  • Appointed Sanjiv Lamba as Chairman.
  • Commissioned 2550 tpd Air Separation Unit at Tata Steel Jamshedpur and 450 tpd Merchant Air Separation Unit at Taloja.
  • Signed contract for long-term supply of gases to Tata Steel Kalinganagar Project.
  • Changed name from BOC India Ltd. to Linde India Ltd.

2013

  • Registrar of Companies, West Bengal recorded change of name to Linde India Ltd.
