1976
- The Company signed an agreement for the take over of the Indian Branch business of Cooper Laboratories International Inc., effective from 1st November.
1977
- 3,00,000 shares were issued at par during May-June 1977.
- 57,680 shares were reserved for allotment to Muller & Phipps International Corpn., USA.
- 60,000 shares were issued as rights to resident Indian shareholders.
- 1,82,320 shares were offered to the public.
1989
- Muller & Phipps Agencies Limited and Muller & Phipps (Industrial Services) Limited became wholly owned subsidiaries of Muller & Phipps (India) Limited.
1993
- The subsidiary M/s Reddy-Cheminor Inc in USA started trading operations.
- The Company formed an International Division as part of its Globalisation strategy.
1994
- The Company issued 2,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 10 to Getz International Inc. U.S.A.
- The Company established its own laboratory for Research and Development activities.
1999
- The Company entered into an agreement with Dep Corporation, U.S.A. for transfer of technology in connection with Cuticura range of products.
2011
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 221 to 16, Ground Floor, Unique Industrial Estate, Off. Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025.
2015
- Muller & Phipps India Ltd shifted its Registered Office to 224, Unique Industrial Estate, Off Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025.
