2011	New Swan Multitech Limited entered into a technical agreement with Gumna Seiko Japan for cold forging components and a marketing collaboration with Faza SRL Italy for agricultural implements.
2013	New Swan Multitech Limited tied up with Escort Tractors Limited for agricultural implements and announced a new state-of-the-art plant.
2014	New Swan Multitech Limited set up an assembly line, robotic welding, and shot blast paint shop at 324000 sq. ft. in Ludhiana.
