Prime Securities Reports 39% Growth in Fee Income for H1 FY26, Expands Team to 120 Employees

Prime Securities Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Fee and commission income increased to INR 6,896 lakhs in H1 FY26 compared to INR 4,946 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income rose to INR 7,814 lakhs versus INR 5,897 lakhs in the previous year. However, profit after tax declined to INR 2,425 lakhs from INR 2,930 lakhs in H1 FY25. The company significantly expanded its workforce from 35 employees in September 2024 to 120 employees by September 2025, leading to higher employee expenses of INR 2,678 lakhs compared to INR 1,674 lakhs last year. Prime Trigen Wealth, the company's wealth management arm, onboarded over 400 clients and 300 families in its first six months, operating from 8 locations with over 80 employees. The company continues building annuity income flows alongside transactional revenue streams in its investment banking and wealth management verticals.
