1963
- The business was initiated by the founding Promoter, Mr. Manjunath Nayak under the name M/s Rex Industries for manufacturing of Gland Packing.
1997
- The business was further expanded by the second generation of the family, Mr. Niranjan Nayak.
2001
- Mr. Naresh Nayak joined the business.
2005
- The Company was incorporated as Rex Sealing And Packing Industries Private Limited.
- The business was corporatized with a vision to cater to organized players in the markets.
2008
- The Company commenced manufacturing of Gaskets at its manufacturing unit located at Taloja Industrial Area.
2009
- The Company commenced manufacturing of Fabric Expansion Joints at its manufacturing unit located at Taloja Industrial Area.
2012
- The turnover of the Company crossed Rs. 10 crore mark.
2018
- The turnover of the Company crossed Rs. 20 crore mark.
2022
- The Company was converted from a Private Company to a Public Limited Company.
- The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 01, 2022.
- The status of the Company was changed to Public limited and the name of the Company was changed to Rex Sealing and Packaging Industries Limited vide Special Resolution dated April 07, 2022.
