- Our Private Limited Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on May 21, 2009

- A shop in shop arrangement was entered with Sai Swarnamandir Jewellers Private Limited on April 1, 2009
2010
- Started the Tenth Retail Outlet in Patny, Secunderabad.
- Started the Eleventh Retail Outlet in Vijayawada.
- The Board of Directors resolved to enter into the business of generation of electricity on August 5, 2010
- Shriram EPC Ltd was engaged as EPC Contractor to set up the Wind Power Project on August 11, 2010
- State Bank of India sanctioned a term loan of 7.84 Crores for the Wind Power project on September 2, 2010
2011
- Started the Twelfth Retail Outlet in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
- Started the Thirteenth Retail Outlet in Chickpet, Bengaluru.
- 1 MW of the Wind Power Project was commissioned on March 31, 2011
- Remaining 1MW of the Wind Power Project was commissioned on July 16, 2011
