Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited's Board approved the appointment of M/s. Kale Malde Co., Chartered Accountants as new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. N.K. Jalan Co. The appointment is effective from December 5, 2025 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval.

Siddheswari Garments' Statutory Auditor Dies, Company to Appoint Replacement

Siddheswari Garments Limited announced the cessation of its statutory auditor M/s RK Bajaj Co. due to the death of Mr. Ramesh Kumar Bajaj on October 26, 2025. The company received the intimation letter and informed stock exchanges including Calcutta Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors will address the cessation at their upcoming meeting and initiate the process to appoint a new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The auditing firm confirmed they can no longer provide audit services to the company.
