Siddheswari Garments Limited announced the cessation of its statutory auditor M/s RK Bajaj Co. due to the death of Mr. Ramesh Kumar Bajaj on October 26, 2025. The company received the intimation letter and informed stock exchanges including Calcutta Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors will address the cessation at their upcoming meeting and initiate the process to appoint a new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. The auditing firm confirmed they can no longer provide audit services to the company.
