Terai Tea Co. Reports Strong Q1 FY2026 Performance with 57.7% Revenue Growth

Terai Tea Co. Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,906.77 lakhs, representing a 60.5% increase from Rs. 1,811.65 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit for the period reached Rs. 402.61 lakhs compared to Rs. 466.63 lakhs in the previous year quarter. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved total comprehensive income of Rs. 504.95 lakhs versus Rs. 500.76 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year. The company operates through two main segments: Tea Garden & Manufacturing (Rs. 324.16 lakhs revenue) and Trading (Rs. 2,582.61 lakhs revenue). Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 5.83 for standalone results and Rs. 7.32 for consolidated results. The board meeting was held on August 13, 2025, with results reviewed by statutory auditors Saha & Majumder Chartered Accountants.
