Year	History
2018	Madhavbaug Clinics entered the India Book of Records for conducting GTT of 661 diabetic patients in a single day at 13 different locations. The company participated as the main sponsor of the World Ayurved Congress 2018 held at Ahmedabad. The 200th Madhavbaug Clinic was opened at Nanded, Maharashtra. The company entered into the states of Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
2019	The company entered into the state of Delhi. Madhavbaug introduced a research-based heart blockage management program. New registrations of over 90,000 patients were achieved and more than 27,000 stress tests were conducted and over 3,00,000 panchkarma procedures were performed.
2020	The MIB Pulse Mobile Application was launched for patient engagement. The company entered into the state of Karnataka.
2021	The company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Limited by a special resolution passed on November 19. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on November 25 by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. MIB Pulse Mobile Application achieved over 1,00,000 downloads. The 250th Madhavbaug Clinic was opened at Vashi. The company entered into the state of Chhattisgarh. A research trial on one year follow-up of Diabetes patients treated by Madhavbaug was published in Journal of Association of Physicians of India.
2023	The company completed the acquisition of Dynamic Remedies Private Limited and UV Ayurgen Pharma Private Limited.
