Year	History
2009	The company was originally formed and registered as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act in the name and style of M/s. VISHWAS AGRI SEEDS on December 01. Vishwas Agri Seeds started its business in the city of Gondal near Rajkot, Gujarat.
2011	The constitution of partnership firm was modified on April 01 to recognise admission of partners.
2012	The constitution of partnership firm was modified on April 01 and December 01 to recognise admission of partners.
2013	M/s. VISHWAS AGRI SEEDS was converted from a partnership firm to Vishwas Agri Seeds Private Limited on February 14. The company was issued a certificate of Incorporation on March 03 by the Register of Companies Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
2023	The company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on June 26. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on July 07. The company started the commercial use of its new facility at Survey No.460, At. Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat in October. As of March 31, the company produced seeds for more than 151 different field crops, vegetables.
