- Commenced operations pursuant to a certificate for commencement of business dated November 27, 1990.
1991
- Incorporation of our Company.
2003
- The name of our Company was changed to DHFL Vysya Housing Finance Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC.
2010
- Aadhar Housing Finance Private Limited was incorporated as a private limited company.
2011
- Pre-merger AHFPL commenced its operations in February 2011.
2013
- Pre-merger AHFPL was converted into a public company and its name was changed to Aadhar Housing Finance Limited.
2017
- The Scheme of Amalgamation was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench at Bengaluru.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on December 4, 2017.
2018
- Merger of Pre-merger AHFPL with our Company.
- The name of our Company was changed to Aadhar Housing Finance Limited.
- Disbursed loans worth ? 6 billion in March 2018.
2019
- Our AUM crossed ? 100 billion.
- Raised approximately ? 7 billion through a maiden public offering of NCDs.
2020
- BCP Topco, our Promoter, infused ?14.4 billion in our Company.
- Our customer base crossed 150,000.

- Our AUM crossed ? 120 billion.

- Our customer base crossed 200,000 customers.

- Our AUM crossed ? 170 billion.
- Our branch network has crossed 470 branches.

- AHFL has been recognized as the Best NBFC - Housing Finance Category at the MSME Banking Excellence Awards.
- Aadhar Housing Finance has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the 5th time in a row.
