The forfeiture has reduced public shareholding to 7.27% from the previous 25.52%, causing the company to fall below minimum public shareholding requirements. The company has committed to achieve compliance with minimum public shareholding norms within twelve months from November 12, 2025. Additionally, the Board adopted unaudited financial statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, with statutory auditors providing an unmodified opinion on the limited review report.
