The Partnership Firm was converted into a Private Limited Company named AccelerateBS India Private Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
2023	The Company was converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and changed its name to AccelerateBS India Limited. A fresh Certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
