The company engaged in cotton bales trading during the quarter and received an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors on its financial statements.

Acrow India Re-appoints Three Executive Directors for Three-Year Terms

Acrow India Limited shareholders approved the re-appointment of three executive directors at the company's 65th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025. Gopal Agrawal was re-appointed as Managing Director effective December 19, 2025, for a three-year term until December 18, 2028. Shyam Agrawal was re-appointed as Whole Time Director for the same period. Sanjay Trilokchand Agrawal was re-appointed as Whole Time Director effective May 22, 2026, for a three-year term until May 21, 2029. All three directors are brothers and bring over 15-20 years of corporate experience. The appointments were recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
