2018

  • The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
  • The Company changed its name to Add-Shop Promotions Limited.

2020

  • The Company name was changed from Add-Shop Promotions Ltd. to Add-Shop E-Retail Ltd.
  • The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 3:4.

2021

  • Add-Shop E-Retail expanded its business by opening 8 new franchises in 3 states.
  • Add-Shop E-Retail recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 7:10.
  • Add-Shop E-Retail received a tremendous response from a marketing campaign and opened 250 new franchises.
  • Add-Shop E-Retail expanded its footprint in two more states, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.

2022

  • The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 7:10.
  • The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 44 per share.
  • Add-Shop E-Retail opened new 4 C & F and 26 new franchises.
  • Add-Shop E-Retail launched an E-Commerce Platform with more added features.

2023

  • Add-Shop ERetail opened 10 new franchises in Tamil Nadu, 10 new franchises in West Bengal and 7 new franchises in Bihar.

2024

  • The Company Received India SME 100 Awards Certificate.
