- The Company was incorporated as Advanced Biochemicals Private Limited.
1992
- The Company was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to Advanced Biochemicals Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation reflecting the new name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
1994
- The Company commissioned its first fermentation facility at Sinnar, Maharashtra.
2001
- The in-house R&D centers of the Company at Thane and Sinnar were recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
2005
- The name of the Company was changed from Advanced Biochemicals Limited to Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited.
2010
- The Company won the Emerging India Awards for 2010 in the Life Science - Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals segment.
- The Company won the Bio Excellence Award in the Industrial Biotech category for 2010.
2011
- The Company took over Cal-India Foods International (Specialty Enzymes and Biotechnologies) to gain a direct presence in the USA.
2012
- The Company was awarded as the 1st runner-up for the Most Innovative Exporter by Dun & Bradstreet.
- Kotak India Venture Fund I, Kotak Employees Investment Trust, and Kotak India Venture (Offshore) Fund made an investment in the Company.
- The Company took over AST Enzymes to consolidate its presence in the USA.
2013
- The Company was one of the recipients of the fastest growing mid-sized business award organized by Inc. India.
2014
- The Company received the Bio Excellence Award in the Industrial Biotech category.
2016
- Advanced Enzyme Technologies were listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities.
- Advanced Enzymes acquired a 70% stake in API maker JC Biotech.
- The Company was awarded by ABP News as 'The Best Nutraceutical Company of the Year'.
2017
- The Company was awarded for 'BEST IPO' at IR Society Awards 2017.
- The Company acquired a 100% stake in the German-based company evoxx technologies GmbH.
2018
- The Company acquired a 100% stake in SciTech Specialties Private Limited.
2023
- Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited acquired a 50% stake in Saiganesh Enzytech Solutions Private Limited and an additional 4.83% stake in JC Biotech Private Limited.
2024
- Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited acquired an additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited.
