2000	The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company under the name SOMNATH FARMS LTD.
2001	The Company changed its name to AGRI-TECH (INDIA) LTD. The entire business and assets of the Farming Division of Nath Seeds Limited were transferred to Agri-Tech (India) Ltd. The Company received a Certificate of Incorporation under the new name.
2003	The Hon'ble High Court of Bombay approved the Scheme of Arrangement for the transfer of the Farming Division of Nath Seeds Limited to Agri-Tech (India) Ltd.
2014	The equity shares of Agri-Tech (India) Ltd were listed. Mrs. Sweta Garodia was appointed as Director of the Company.
2023	The Scheme of Amalgamation of Techindia Nirman Limited and Ferry Fax Farms Private Limited with Agri-Tech (India) Limited was withdrawn.
