Ahmedabad Steel Craft Limited announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Kamlesh Kumar Sharma, effective from close of business hours on November 11, 2025. Sharma resigned to take up the CFO position at another group company. The company also approved its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 6,467.52 lakh in Q2 FY26 from Rs 4,267.73 lakh in Q1 FY26. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 746.39 lakh compared to Rs 336.35 lakh in the previous quarter. For the half year, revenue reached Rs 10,735.25 lakh with net profit of Rs 1,082.74 lakh. The board meeting was held on November 11, 2025, and was attended by Chairman and Director Rohit Pandey.
