1978
- Ahmedabad Induction Alloys Pvt Ltd, promoted by Mr Bhadresh K Shah, was incorporated on November 4, 1978.
1991
- Our Company was incorporated on March 11, 1991 as Magotteaux (India) Pvt Ltd.
- Ahmedabad Induction Alloys Pvt Ltd was merged with our company on April 1, 1991.
1992
- The name of our company was changed to AIA Magotteaux Pvt Ltd with effect from May 11, 1992.
- The word Private was deleted on November 30, 1992 and we became a deemed public company.
- High Court order dated April 30, 1992 approved the scheme of amalgamation of our company and Ahmedabad Induction Alloys Pvt Ltd.
2000
- The name of our company was changed to AIA Engineering Ltd on May 2, 2000.
2001
- Our company was converted to a private company and the name Private was added to our name with effect from March 1, 2001.
2002
- AIA Exports Pvt. Ltd. was merged with our Company with effect from April 1, 2002.
2003
- High Court order dated September 26, 2003 approved the merger of AIA Exports Pvt. Ltd. with our Company.
2005
- Our company was converted to a public limited company.
2007
- AIA Engineering Ltd appointed Mr. Sanjay Shailesh Majmudar as an Additional Director of the Company.
2008
- The Company split its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.
2010
- Yashwant M. Patel was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company by the Board of Directors.
2012
- DCPL Foundries Limited became a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company.
2013
- Acquisition of 5,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of Polyex Mineral Private Ltd.
- Board recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4 per equity shares.
2014
- Board recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6 per equity shares.
2016
- AIA Engg commenced production at Greenfield Project.
2022
- AIA Engineering gave nod to brownfield capacity expansion of grinding media.
2025
- The Company commenced commercial production of a Rubber and Composite Liners plant at GIDC Estate, Village - Kerala.
