2003
- Shree Precoated Steels issued ZCNCD as per BIFR order.
2005
- Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd issued Rights in the Ratio of 1:2.
2008
- Shree Precoated Steels Limited appointed Mr Harish Kumar Agrawal as Company Secretary & DGM-Legal.
- IDBI Bank Ltd appointed Mr A U Katra as nominee on the Board of the Company.
- The Company name was changed from Shree Precoated Steels Ltd to Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd.
2009
- Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited appointed Mr Hiresh Dhakan as an Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
2011
- Mr Keshav Kunder was appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
- Ajmera Realty acquired 100% stake in Ajmera Biofuel Ltd.
2012
- Ajmera Realty & Infra recommended a dividend of 17% i.e. Re 1.70 per Equity Shares.
2013
- Ajmera Realty & Infra recommended a dividend of 15% i.e. Rs 1.50 per Equity Share.
2014

- The Company incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company named Ajmera Corporation UK Limited.
2019

2020
